Prior to joining Rolls-Royce University Technology Center at Oxford for DPhil research on Jet Engines, he was a Shell Scholar at Leeds University for his Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Imran holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering and hails from Kashmir, Pakistan.
Anna Svensson
SecretaryBA EnglishNew CollegeAnna Svensson is a second year studying English at New College. She is Swedish but grew up in Pakistan, with which she retains close ties. As secretary, she is a point of contact between members and committee, which usually takes the form of sending out e-mails containing information about up-coming events as well as passing on information potentially interesting to the members.

Dr. Mohammad Sohail
Senior MemberUniversity Lecturer in BiochemistrySt. Hilda's CollegeProf. Marcel Fafchamps is a senior research associate and lecturer teaching Biochemistry in the Biochemistry Department and St-Hildas College. His research interests revolve around technology platforms for nucleic acid analysis. As the senior member of the society, he represents and speaks for the Society in the public forum, and before the Courts of the University and the University authorities.
